[264] An attempt was made to send an email when no email session has been established

1. In SQL Server Management Studio, right-click SQL Server Agent and then select "Properties."
2. Click "Alert System"
3. Click "Enable mail profile"
4. Click "OK"5. Restart "SQL Server Agent"

Now you can test your sql jobs to get a email notification.
